Does Warzone Mobile support a third-person perspective?

Third-person perspective (TPP) is a common feature in many mobile games, especially in the battle royale genre. It allows players to see their character and their surroundings from a wider angle, which can give them an advantage in combat and exploration.

However, Warzone Mobile does not have a TPP mode. The game only offers the first-person perspective (FPP), which gives battles a more realistic and immersive feel. Warzone Mobile preserves the FPP Warzone experience that originally dropped on March 10, 2020, for consoles and PC.

Warzone Mobile had a TPP mode during its Limited Release, which was available in select regions from March 2023 to February 2024. However, the developers launched the final version of the game globally on March 22, 2024, without this mode. It is unknown if the developers will add the TPP mode or feature in the future or if they intend to keep the game locked to FPP only.

Several Call of Duty titles have previously included the TPP option, such as Modern Warfare 2, and CoD Mobile. However, these games also had an FPP mode, and the TPP mode was usually limited to a rotating playlist or a separate mode. Warzone Mobile is one of the Call of Duty games to exclusively offer the FPP mode.

While the lack of third person perspective may disappoint some players, it’s important to remember that Warzone Mobile is still in its early stages. The developers are constantly working on updates and improvements to make the free-to-play game even more enjoyable for players. Who knows, third person perspective might just be on the horizon.
